If you're applying for pre-approval, you can simply estimate the property details.
Prepare key documents
Please keep in mind that every member's circumstance is different and may require additional documentation.
- Paystubs covering most recent 30 days
- W-2 statements covering the past 2 years
- Bank Statements covering the most recent 2 months
- 401K, IRA, or Mutual Fund accounts showing most recent transaction summary
- Purchase and sales agreement (copy)
- Fully executed divorce decree (if applicable)
- Deed, hazard insurance policy, and most recent tax bill if you are refinancing (copies)
- A letter explaining any known credit problems or fluctuations in income (if applicable)
